If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping carton. Ensure all original tags and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
